Our sushi story
Welcome to MUROMAKI, a cozy sushi restaurant nestled in Antwerpen Zuid, just a stone’s throw from the Museum of Royal Arts. Our journey began in 2018 with a simple idea: mixing traditional Japanese flavors with modern twists, to create delicious sushi.
We’re incredibly proud of the overwhelmingly positive feedback and top rating on Google that our sushi restaurant has received. Thanks to this feedback, we’ve been able to make an exciting move in 2024, relocating from our small take-out sushi place to a new, larger location in Antwerpen Zuid. Our expansion includes a brand-new dine-in space, offering a romantic ambiance ideal for dates and meetings.

I ordered a delivery and it’s a delightful experience. Not many places have flamed salmon, and they do! Love that they take my notes that I only want the salmon option in my maki-nigiri combo even when there’s no option on uber and they … More are not obliged to give it to me but they did. The sushi is excellent and of higher quality then other sushi restaurants in my opinion. They really put effort in every piece and you get a plate of art.
You don’t get your typical big boat of gigantic rolls but you get a good portion … More of excellent and well made authentic sushi. Staff is super friendly, it really gives the vibes of a successful family restaurant (which is super nice). I advise you to reserve upfront because they are very popular (takeout) and spots to eat are limited. -

One of the best sushis in Antwerpen, definitely recomened to visit, it might look a bit pricy, but they are worth it
